Abstract
A flexible, hydrophilic, water-swellable but insoluble gel film which consists of PA1 (a) 0.5 to 30%-wt of at least one water-soluble polymer being anion-active at neutral pH PA1 (b) 0.5 to 50%-wt of at least one water-soluble polymer being cation-active at neutral pH PA1 (c) 0.1 to 20%-wt of at least one moisturizer PA1 (d) 0.1 to 70%-wt of water PA1 (e) 0 to 75%-wt of water-soluble or water-dispersible auxiliaries PA1 (f) 0 to 50%-wt of active substance a process for its production and the use of this film for the production of a device creating interactions between the gel film and a solid, liquid, or gaseous substrate.
