Abstract
The present invention relates to a concrete-forming composition comprising: PA1 (a) a base component consisting of a combination of cement and silica, PA1 (b) water, as a carrier, and PA1 (c) from about 0.01% to about 25% by weight based on the weight of the composition of a wetting agent selected from the group consisting of piperazine-substituted organosulfonates, piperazinone-substituted organosulfonates, and combinations thereof, and optionally PA1 (d) a polycarboxylated alcohol alkoxylate.
