Abstract

The invention relates to a new process and to new intermediates for the preparation of triazolinones, most of which are known, of the general formula (I) ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 have the meanings given in the application, and which can be used as intermediates for the preparation of herbicides and insecticides.
