Abstract

An illuminated information display is provided for a passenger conveying device comprising a light source, a housing, and a display panel for mounting on the outer decking of passenger conveying device balustrade. According to an aspect of the present invention, a balustrade for a passenger conveying device is provided comprising an illuminated information display. According to another aspect of the present invention, a balustrade outer decking is provided having a light source incorporated therein.
