Abstract

The invention relates to new hetrazepines of general formula ##STR1## wherein A, Z, n, X, Y, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 have the meanings given in the specification. PA1 The new compounds are intended for use in treating pathological conditions and diseases in which PAF (platelet activating factor) is implicated.
