Abstract
The present invention relates to a portioning arrangement for portioning out liquid foodstuffs. For quick and easy disassembly of the portioning arrangement for cleaning of the parts thereof interlarded with foodstuff, a dispensing device (10) forming part of the portioning arrangement is releasable from a drive piston (17) driving the device (10), and the dispensing device (10) is also retractable or removable from a portioning chamber (11) of a dispensing unit (38), whereby the dispensing device (10) and the portioning chamber (11) can be easily cleaned separately.
