Abstract
Personal washing compositions which contain a cationic deposition polymer of charge density in the range 0.0001 to 0.005 equivalents/gram and average molecular weight greater than 2.times.10.sup.6 daltons in combination with a surfactant to increase deposition of a benefit agent dispersed in the composition onto the skin or hair.
