Abstract
Compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein: m is 0 or 1; PA1 R.sup.1 is hydrogen, hydroxy, or lower alkyl; PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen, or lower alkyl; PA1 R.sup.3 is ##STR2## or R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached represent a group of the formula: ##STR3## wherein: n is 0 or 1; PA1 p is 0, 1, 2 or 3; PA1 q is 0 or 1; PA1 R.sup.4 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, or optionally substituted phenyl; PA1 R.sup.5 is optionally substituted phenyl; PA1 X is (CH.sub.2).sub.p, or 4-piperidin-1-yl; PA1 Y is CH, CH--O--, CH--S--, or nitrogen; PA1 Z is CH.sub.2, NH, sulfur, or oxygen; and PA1 A is a substituted furanyl group.
