Abstract
A masking composition for protecting a surface from paint overspray, the masking composition including: polyvinyl alcohol which is at least 98.0% hydrolyzed and has a viscosity less than about 7 centipoise in 4% aqueous solution at 68.degree. F.; a surfactant; and water.
