Abstract

Reactive dyes of formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by hydroxyl, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each independently of the other hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkanoylamino, halogen or sulfo, and Y is .alpha.,.beta.-dihalopropionyl or .alpha.-haloacryloyl, are particularly suitable for dyeing or printing cellulosic fibre materials or natural or synthetic polyamide fibre materials, in high tinctorial yield, and give dyeings and prints with good fastness properties.
