Abstract
A current control circuit of a ring oscillator is provided for use in the PLL oscillators. A current control circuit used in the ring oscillator comprises a first circuit having a first current source and a first transistor connected in series; a second circuit connected with the first circuit in parallel and having n second constant current sources and n second transistors connected in series, respectively, the second transistors are current mirrored with the first transistor in the first circuit, respectively; a third circuit connected with the first circuit in parallel and having a third transistor and a fourth transistor connected in series, the fourth transistor is current mirrored with the first transistor; n diodes connected to a connecting point of said third transistor and the fourth transistor for supplying currents to connecting points of n second constant current sources and the second transistor, respectively; an input terminal connected with the connecting point of the first constant current source and the first transistor.
