Abstract
Polyamino monosuccinic acid chelants are disclosed which have been found to be applicable in photographic processes. The polyamino monosuccinic acids can be used in a method of bleaching or bleach-fixing a silver halide photographic material comprising contacting the photographic material with a bleaching solution containing a metal complex of a polyamino monosuccinic acid as a bleaching agent.
