Abstract
Disclosed are novel compositions and methods, based on ubiquitin subdomain fusion proteins, which are useful for studying the interactions of two members of a specific binding pair, both of which are predetermined. A preferred embodiment relates to the determination of a predetermined ligand in a sample.
