Abstract
A cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition comprises hollow microspheres dispersed in an aqueous gel which comprises a gelling agent present in an amount such that the viscosity ranges from 3 to 200 poises. The hollow microspheres are expanded thermoplastic and have a density ranging from 15 to 200 kg/m.sup.3 the cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical composition contains from 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of the microspheres relative to the total weight of the composition which is free of fats.
