Abstract
The invention comprises a self supporting electronic packaging article comprising an insulative polymer overcoated with an antistatic/protective coating system comprising from about 8 mg/m.sup.2 to about 70 mg/m.sup.2 vanadium pentoxide, from about 36 mg/m.sup.2 to about 270 mg/m.sup.2 of a polymer latex having a hydrophilic functionality, and from about 210 mg/m.sup.2 to about 842 mg/m.sup.2 of a nonsulfonated protective topical binder, all of which may be contained in a single coating, or which may be contained in a two-layer coating system.
