Abstract

Described is a composite comprising at least one textile sheet material composed of synthetic polymer fibers and at least one textile sheet material composed of inorganic fibers, which textile sheet materials are joined to one another by yarns. The textile sheet materials are preferably joined together by sewing, knitting or stitch-bonding. The composite is especially useful as reinforcement for the production of roofing felts.
