Abstract

The invention relates to light-scattering polymethacrylate resins with high heat- and weather resistance, which resins may optionally be colored with dyestuffs or pigments. The desirable properties are achieved by addition of a combination of: PA0 particles which are light-scattering, and are crosslinked and contain phenyl groups; PA0 UV protectants; and PA0 radical scavengers. The inventive polymethacrylate molded articles are advantageously employed in illumination technology.
