Abstract
A preparation for lysing erythrocytes, characterized herein so far as the aqueous preparation with a substantially physiological ionic strength comprising a mixture: PA0 of an aliphatic aldehyde, PA0 of a polyhydric alcohol and, PA0 of a salt of a strong acid and of an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal.
