Abstract
The invention relates to neurokinin receptor antagonist compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which: A is a divalent radical selected from: PA2 A.sub.1) --O--CO-- PA2 A.sub.2) --CH.sub.2 --O--CO-- PA2 A.sub.3) --O--CH.sub.2 --CO-- PA2 A.sub.4) --O--CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- PA2 A.sub.5) --N(R.sub.1)--CO-- PA2 A.sub.6) --N(R.sub.1)--CO--CO-- PA2 A.sub.7) --N(R.sub.1)--CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- PA2 A.sub.8) --O--CH.sub.2 -- in which: PA1 R.sub.1 is a hydrogen or a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-alkyl; and PA1 Am is a nitrogen-containing heterocycle APPLICATION: Neurokinin receptor antagonists.
