Abstract
DC-89 derivatives represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein X represents CL or Br; R represents substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, COR.sup.1 or S.sub.2 OR.sup.7 ; and Y represents ##STR2## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of the present invention exhibit excellent anti-tumor activity and are useful as anti-tumor agents.
