Abstract

Polyethylene compositions for producing moldings have a surface resistance of at most 10.sup.9 .OMEGA. including PA1 a) 0.1% to 80% of a polyethylene or an ethylene copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of from 100 to 700 ml/g; PA1 b) 99.9% to 20% of a polyethylene having an intrinsic viscosity of at least 1600 ml/g; PA1 c) 1.0% to 10.0, based on the polymer mixture of a and b, of carbon black; and wherein the sum of Components a and b is 100% and the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer mixture of a and b is at least 1600 ml/g.
