Abstract

Self-adhesive plaster for the transdermal application of systemically active steroid hormones, comprising an active substance-impermeable backing layer, an active substance-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a detachable protective layer which, prior to application to the skin, covers said pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, characterized in that the active substance-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive having a processing temperature of between 60.degree. an 100.degree. C., and dexpanthenol in a concentration of 15 to 25%-wt.
