Abstract
A preventive agent for platelet aggregation comprising a compound represented by the following general formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein Y is --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 -- or --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --, R is hydrogen or methyl, and ---------- represents a single bond or a double bond, or a pharmaceutically-compatible complex thereof as the active ingredient, is disclosed.
