Abstract

The invention pertains to 3-(aminoacyl-amino)-saccharides of the general formula (I), ##STR1## wherein R' is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, a carboxyl group, a phenyl group and an alkyl group with 1-10 C-atoms which is optionally substituted by a phenyl, carboxyl, hydroxyl, mercapto or amino group, wherein said substitutents are optionally protected with protective groups; R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, an amino protective group and a peptide group; and R.sup.3 is hydrogen or a fructosyl radical; and n is 0 or 1. The invention also pertains to a method for preparing them.
