The concentrate includes from 60 to 90% by weight of a mixture of at least one alkylglycoside of the formula RO(G).sub.x and of at least one alkylglycoside of the formula R'O(G').sub.x '. R represents a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched aliphatic radical containing from 8 to 15 carbon atoms. R' represents a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched aliphatic radical containing from 16 to 22 carbon atoms. G and G', which are identical or different, represent a saccharide residue. The subscripts x and x', which are identical or different, represent a number between 1 and 10. The concentrate also includes from 10 to 40% by weight of at least one fatty alcohol of the formula R.sub.1 OH, R.sub.1 being a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched aliphatic radical containing from 8 to 22 carbon atoms.
