Abstract
The invention provides new compounds pertaining to the class of: 2-(aminocarbonylalkylcarbonyl)-5-phenylalkyllthiophene, enantiomers and physiologically tolerable salts thereof. For example: PA1 5-4-(4-methylphenyl)butyl-2-{3,3-dimethyl-4-N'-(2,3,4-trimethoxybenzyl)-N -piperazinylcarbonyl!butyryl}thiophene is described. Medicinal products containing the same are useful in the treatment of any pathology involving bone hyper-resorption.
