Abstract

Synergistic antimicrobial combinations comprising N-(dichlorofluoromethyl)thio!-N',N'-dimethyl-N-phenylsulfamide and an alkylguanidine compound, preferably dodecylguanidine hydrochloride, are disclosed. Methods for inhibiting microbial growth using these synergistic antimicrobial combinations are also disclosed.
