Abstract
The present invention relates to a vector for cloning and expression of a DNA sequence coding for a particular protein in an Actynomycetes strain. The process comprises: PA1 an attachment sequence att, PA1 a DNA sequence coding for an int sequnce functional in said strain, and PA1 a DNA sequence coding for said specific protein and for the elements ensuring the expression of said sequence in said strain.
