When a capsule 17 is accommodated in the capsule accommodating hole 7 and the pins 16 are inserted into the pin insertion holes 10, 11, through-holes H, H, . . . are formed in the capsule 17. When the patient intends to inhale medicine, inhaling is made by first returning the pins 16 to the inhaling piece 1 so that the medicine can be securely and effectively carried to the lungs of the patient under the action of air flow.
