Abstract
##STR1## in which Z is oxygen or sulfur, PA1 n and m are independently of one another 0 or 1, PA1 R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and X are as defined in claim 1, are suitable as photoinitiators for the polymerization of ethylenically unsaturated compounds.
