Abstract
A free radical polymerization process for the preparation of polymer comprising: PA1 a first heating and photoinitiating with ultraviolet light of a mixture comprised of a stable free radical agent, and at least one polymerizable monomer compound; PA1 optionally cooling said mixture; PA1 a second heating of said mixture at a temperature of from about 100.degree. C. to about 160.degree. C.; PA1 isolating the polymer product formed; and PA1 optionally washing and drying said polymer.
