Abstract
A catheter is disclosed which includes PA1 a manifold; PA1 a proximal shaft coupled to the manifold; PA1 a distal shaft coupled to a distal end of the proximal shaft and being flexible relative to the proximal shaft; PA1 a fiber braid disposed about the distal shaft wherein the fiber braid includes a plurality of fibers disposed on the distal shaft and crossing over one another to form picks; and PA1 a lubricious coating on an inner surface of the proximal and distal shaft portions.
