Abstract
The invention discloses a method for detecting polymorphism in the angiotensin converting enzyme by means of a chain amplification technique, the aim being to detect whether or not the sequence of nucleotides 1451-1738 of intron 16 is present in the human angiotensin converting enzyme gene.
