Abstract

A curable coating composition is described comprising PA1 (A) a compound comprising a plurality of functional crosslinking groups, at least one of which is a carbamate or urea functional group, which compound also includes at least one carbonate group having the structure: ##STR1## and (B) a curing agent comprising a plurality of groups that are reactive with the functional groups on compound (A).
