Abstract

This invention is a photoreceptor element comprising, in order, an electroconductive support, a photoconductive layer, a barrier, and, preferably, a release layer. The barrier is a two layer system comprising: PA1 1) adjacent to the photoconductive layer, a non-conductive, charge blocking layer, and PA1 2) over the non-conductive, charge blocking layer, an electrically conductive barrier layer.
