Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the production of multi-layer finishes in which the base coating contains crosslinked polymer microparticles which are obtainable by PA1 (A) reacting a polyester-polyol or a mixture of polyester-polyols with a polyisocyanate or with a mixture of polyisocyanates and PA1 (B) when at least 25% of the NCO groups have reacted, dispersing the resulting reaction mixture in water.
