Abstract
A positioning device includes a mounting frame mounted to an underside of a chair seat. The mounting frame includes a positioning portion having a plurality of vertically spaced engaging notches. An adjusting base is mounted to the mounting frame and yet allows relative pivotal motion therebetween. A spring-biased adjusting rod is movable between a first position where the mounting frame is rockable relative to the adjusting base and a second position where the mounting frame is not rockable relative to the adjusting base.
