Abstract
A process for hardening a composition and a hardenable composition, in wh there are used: PA1 at least one novolac resin; PA1 at least one hardener of the resin, selected from the group consisting of substituted melamines; PA1 at least one compound comprising at least one ##STR1## group, this compound being without methylol group and ether group corresponding to methylol, and/or at least one reagent capable of giving such a compound under the conditions of the hardening. The hardening of the resin is caused by the action of heat.
