Abstract
The invention relates to a composite web comprising one elongated flat composite layer of mutually parallel fibers in a matrix, in which the fibers run at an angle .alpha. (differing from 0.degree.) relative to the lengthwise direction of the web, and which in the lengthwise direction is made up of joined-up and connected web parts. This composite web can be used for continuously producing multi-layer composites. The composite layer of the composite web has no areas with overlap or gaps when placed in a multi-layer composite. The invention also relates to a method for the production of this composite web and of multi-layer composites.
