Abstract

Long-chain, unbranched alkylamides of the general formula EQU CH.sub.3 --(CH.sub.2).sub.n N--NH--R in which n=11-20 and R=amino acid, its D- and L-enantiomers, di- and tripeptides, forms derived by N-protective groups, and terminal ethyl esters as well as its physiologically compatible salt forms as active pharmaceutical substances with anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory properties.
