Abstract

An electric motor with an internal rotor (10), which comprises a free intal chamber (12), and a stator (14) disposed at a radial spacing from the rotor (10) has a more compact construction and can be assembled more easily. The electric motor is characterized in that at least part of a gear (16) is disposed in the free internal chamber (12) of the rotor (10).
