Abstract

An aqueous emulsion concentrate comprising: PA1 A) a water-insoluble oil component; PA1 B) at least one hydrophilic nonionic emulsifier; PA1 C) at least one lipophilic co-emulsifier; and PA1 D) from about 50 to about 70% by weight of water, based on the weight of the concentrate; wherein components A), B) and C) are present in a ratio by weight of A:B:C of 1:(0.31-1.5):(0.31-1.5); and wherein the emulsion concentrate is flowable and pumpable at 20.degree. C.
