Each leg further includes dual casters secured thereto for moving the base. The pole has a lower end secured to the hub of the base and a plurality of sections fastened together in interlocking relationship. Each section includes a channel for housing a pulley system, the pulley system has a support bar attached thereto for supporting at least one fluid bag. Each section also includes a channel for housing an associated pulley system, the pulley system having a support bar attached thereto for supporting at least one fluid bag. Each section also includes a handle assembly coupled to the pulley system for adjusting the height of the support hanger along the length of the section. A spring-biased lever is coupled to the handle assembly for locking the handle assembly and support bar at a predetermined location along the length of the pole.
