Organosilicon compounds containing amino groups, their preparation and their use Organosilicon compounds containing amino groups and comprising a) siloxane units of the formula EQU R.sub.a Si(OR.sup.1).sub.b O.sub.(4-a-b)/2 (I) and b) at least one unit per molecule selected from the group consisting of units of the formulae EQU AR.sub.C SiO.sub.(4-c-1)/2 (II), EQU O.sub.(4-c-1)/2 R.sub.C Si--A.sup.1 --R.sub.C SiO.sub.(4-c-1)/2 (III) or ##STR1## where R is an identical or different hydrocarbon radical which has from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by halogen atoms, alkoxy groups or hydroxy groups where the hydrocarbon radical is optionally interrupted by oxygen atoms, R.sup.1 is an identical or different alkyl radical which is optionally interrupted by oxygen atoms, a is 0, 1, 2 or 3 and b is 0, 1, 2 or 3, with the proviso that the sum a+b is not greater than 3, and c is 0, 1 or 2, A is a radical of the formula EQU --R.sup.2 R.sup.3.sub.z N(--CR.sup.4.sub.2 --R.sup.5).sub.(2-z) (V), A.sup.1 is a radical of the formula ##STR2## and A.sup.2 is a radical of the formula ##STR3## where z is 0 or 1, R.sup.2 is an identical or different alkylene radical having from 2 to 8 carb…
