Abstract

Compounds of the general formula I ##STR1## are described, in which x represents an oxygen atom or the hydroxyimino grouping >N.about.OH, PA1 R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, PA1 G represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl radical, when M and Q are hydrogen atoms or together are an additional bond, PA1 Q represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl radical when M and G are hydrogen atoms, or PA1 G and M together represent a methylene or ethylene group when Q is a hydrogen atom, and R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 have the meanings given in the description. The novel compounds have pronounced antigestagenic and also antiglucocorticoid, antimineralocorticoid and antiandrogenic properties and are suitable for the preparation of medicaments.
