Abstract

Compounds having fibrinogen receptor-antagonistic activity, of the general formula I ##STR1## in which Z is oxygen or a methylene group, PA1 B is a phenyl or pyridyl radical, PA1 R.sup.1 is hydrogen or a group forming a biolabile ester, and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts and physiologically acceptable salts of acids of formula I.
