Abstract
An agent composition for the therapy or prevention of the injury of an organ or a tissue containing a phenylthiazole derivative expressed by the following formula (1): ##STR1## (R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkoxy group or a cyclic amino group; R.sub.2 is a cyano group or a nitro group; R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group), and/or its salt as an active ingredient.
