Abstract

Papers which are coated with a paper coating slip based on a binder containing A) from 1 to 49% by weight of polymers based on esters of acrylic acid or of methacrylic acid with a C.sub.4 -C.sub.12 -alkanol, having a glass transition temperature of from -80.degree. to +25.degree. C., and B) from 51 to 99% by weight of polymers based on butadiene, the stated weights being based on the sum A)+B), are used for offset printing.
