Abstract
A water-based, UV-curable ink for plastic substrates, comprising: PA1 a) a water-dispersible or water-soluble urethane acrylate oligomer; PA1 b) a monomer that is capable of softening the substrate in part or in full; the monomer being resistant to hydrolysis; and PA1 c) a passive resin that is soluble in the monomer.
