Abstract
A solid composition comprising PA1 a. a cleansing effective amount of an anionic surfactant or mixture thereof, PA1 b. an alcohol ethoxycarboxylic acid of the formula EQU R--(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.n --O CH.sub.2 COOH wherein R is an alkyl of an average of about 8 to 20 carbon atoms inclusive and n is a number of 1 to about 20, PA1 c. a carbanilide antibacterial agent in antibacterial effective quantities wherein component b is in sufficient quantities to solubilize the carbanilide antibacterial agent.
